Booking and cancellation conditions

Cancellation conditions For cancellations, the following conditions apply exclusively according to the terms and conditions:

• • - Up to 45 days before arrival - no cancellation fee
  • - Up to 21 days before arrival - price of the first night + deposit
  • - Until 7 days before arrival - 80% of the booked arrangement + deposit
  • - From 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show - 100% of the booked arrangement

Deposit (10-20% of the total price)

• • In case of cancellation up to 45 days before arrival, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be credited for a future stay.
  • In case of cancellation 45 days before arrival the deposit will be retained.
  • The confirmation deposit will not be refunded in any case of cancellation!
